The Living Legend by Bob Wills is a timeless classic that showcases the legendary musician's talents as a pioneer of Western swing music. The album features a collection of 12 tracks that showcase Wills' signature blend of country, jazz, blues and swing, making it a must-have for fans of the genre.
The album opens with the upbeat and energetic "Take Me Back to Tulsa," which sets the tone for the rest of the album. Wills' expert fiddling skills are on full display throughout the album, but particularly on tracks like "Stay a Little Longer" and "Faded Love," which are both standout tracks.
