Review by Donna Smallin Kuper

The Trout Quintet by Schubert, performed by the Beaux Arts Trio, Samuel Rhodes, and Georg Hörtnagel, is a stunning classical music album that showcases the beauty and complexity of Schubert's compositions. The musicians bring a sense of passion and precision to their playing, creating a rich and vibrant sound that transports listeners to another world.

The album features five tracks, each one a masterpiece in its own right. From the lively and energetic "Allegro vivace" to the hauntingly beautiful "Andante," the musicians demonstrate their mastery of Schubert's music. The interplay between the different instruments is particularly impressive, with each musician contributing their own distinct voice to the overall sound.
