Review by Martha Davenport

Russ Morgan And His Orchestra 1936 is a timeless classic that showcases the exceptional talent of Russ Morgan and his band. The album features a blend of upbeat and mellow tracks that capture the essence of the era.

The album's opening track, "Somebody Loves You," sets the tone for the rest of the album with its cheerful melody and lively rhythm. The orchestra's impeccable timing and Morgan's smooth vocals make this track an instant favorite.

Another standout track on the album is "The Object of My Affection." Morgan's vocals are particularly noteworthy on this track, and the orchestra's arrangement perfectly complements his singing.
