Garage-pop group from Portland, Oregon. The band derived their name after winning a battle of the bands competition sponsored by a local Chrysler dealership, they won the honor of being named after the New Yorker model of car. After a few singles, the group evolved into 70s pop idols the .

Very early Hudson brothers stuff but that's before their sucess in the mid seventies.
Beautiful song. Sounds like another group of New Yorkers ... the Left Banke. They changed their name to another river reference: Hudson.
This is the same group who did Laugh Funny Funny ! Remember that?
