Review by Monaye Mitchell

Eldorado by Patrick O'Hearn is a mesmerizing album that takes the listener on a journey through a mystical world of sound. The album is a blend of electronic, ambient and new age music, and it is evident that O'Hearn is a master of his craft. The album is a perfect example of how music can be used to create a visual and emotional experience.

The album opens with the track "Eldorado", which is a hauntingly beautiful piece that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The track features a subtle melody that is accompanied by ethereal synths and a hypnotic beat. The track "Surrender" is another standout track on the album, which features a driving beat and a soaring melody that is both uplifting and inspiring.

Another highlight of the album is the track "Trust", which features a beautiful piano melody that is accompanied by lush strings and atmospheric synths. The track is a perfect example of how O'Hearn can create a powerful emotional experience through his music.

My brother ran sound for a band at a wedding reception, back in the 90's. he asked me if I had some tapes for filler music during breaks and I gave him this cassette. Turns out the guests liked this better than the live band. So did I. It sounded so professional on his sound system. Pissed off the band.
Egg shaking pop. Patrick O'hearn should be more popular than Bruno Mars or Coldplay.
Oh my God I'm watching an air disaster about a plane that crashes into Kathmandu which is an Nepalese area and I'm listening to Patrick O'Hearn Nepalese Tango so perfect oh my God
This is music ,class intellengic .not the crap is okay today no talent only noise
From a Missing Person to underground classicist, this guy O'Hearn is at the top of my multi-talented new age list.

Played on WNUA 95.5 Chicago in the early 90s
i remember hearing this while i was deep asleep in 1992...dreaming...(strange, huh? :-0)..my radion was on The Wave 94.7 in L.A....fortunately i was taping it simultaneously..when i listened to the tape later on, the song ended as the tape ran out. Cool.
I'd almost forgot about this until I ran across the CD while sorting through my CD collection last weekend.  Dang, those were good days when you could tune into FM radio stations that played (what we called) 'B'-side music, the lesser know, but high quality stuff that never got airplay on the big top-40 or rock-n-roll stations here in the Los Angeles area.  Instrumental stuff mixed with rock-n-roll, country tinged music . . . you name it, and it was played on those stations.  I really, really miss those days.
Yep, remember this one getting a lot of airplay on the new age station in Denver, CO back in the day as well.  Great piece!
a very endering piece. next to the sound track of the falcon and the snow man. lol
Wow...I used to work the graveyard shift and I enjoyed listening to Patrick O'Hearn in the wee hours of the morning!
