About The Old Firm

The Old Firm was a 3 piece band. The members were: : Vocals, accordion and acoustic guitar. : Vocals, drums, box & cloggs. : Vocals, acoustic guitar and violin. The Old Firm themselves describe their music as Celtic-Folk-Rock. They only use acoustic instruments. Together with their close harmony vocals, theyve got a unique sound. The music is comparable with the Pogues, Waterboys, FlogginMolly and The Levellers. The songs they play are traditionals from Ireland and Scotland and covers from their favourite bands, but this band also has got the quality of writing brilliant songs that even after a week stay in your head. The band gave there last concert on November 6th 2011
