Inked In Blood by Obituary is a brutal and unrelenting album that showcases the band's signature death metal sound. The album features ten tracks of crushing riffs, thundering drums, and guttural vocals that are sure to satisfy fans of the genre.

The album's opening track, "Centuries of Lies," sets the tone for the rest of the album with its blistering pace and punishing breakdowns. From there, Inked In Blood never lets up, as tracks like "Violence" and "Back on Top" deliver punishing riffs and intense vocals.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Visions in My Head," which features a slower, more atmospheric sound than the other tracks. The song builds slowly, with haunting guitar lines and eerie vocals, before exploding into a crushing chorus.

Death metal band from Tampa, Florida. Formed in 1985 as Executioner, then changed spelling to , the band changed their name to Obituary shortly before the release of their first album in 1989. Disbanded in 1997, although a live album surfaced a year later. In 2005 the band reformed, and has continued to tour and release new material.

The latest Obituary LP features ferocious vocals and terrific drumming from the Tardy brothers. Songwriting and bone crushing guitar make this one of Obituary's best. It's the kind of album you get and play over and over again. Catchy riffs are all over the album as they usually are with the great Obituary releases...and this one is great. A long time in the making, Ink In Blood delivers the goods for Obituary fans.
