Blues Preachers - Start Preachin

Review by Vaibhav Gandhi

The Blues Preachers are back with their latest album, Start Preachin, and it's a bluesy gospel treat for the ears. From the first track, "I'm Gonna Get There," it's clear that the duo of Brother John and Captain Bluetongue are masters of their craft. The album is a mix of classic blues and gospel songs, as well as original compositions that blend the two genres seamlessly.

The standout track on the album is "I Believe," a powerful gospel number that showcases the Preachers' vocal harmonies and their ability to deliver a message of hope and faith. The bluesy guitar work on "The Devil's in the Detail" and "I'm a Soldier" is also impressive, with Captain Bluetongue's slide guitar adding a gritty edge to the songs.
