Whos the Guitarrist?
Lovely performance and recording. I wish I'd b been there! One question: why wasn't "Stardust" included on this alb um? It's the one song from Hampton's concert that was originally released in 1947 or 1948 as four 12-inch 78 sides and one side of a 10-inch LP. I'd like to see a CD containing the complete concert, including "Stardust" and anything else that might still survive.
Swing level 200!
Ear heaven
The best Lionel imho
One of the very first records I had. Thank You!
Thank you Jarvis. Keep the love coming
World Famous Hi-Fi LP!?
In the 2016 presidential debates, Hillary Clinton was asked, "What do you admire most about your opponent (Trump ). Her answer should have been "Dude belongs to the same political party as Lionel Hampton."
Swingin' stuff must bee!!!!
Juan Tizol remodelé par les maillets de Hampton.
