The album Luvstruck by Last Of The Mohicans is a delightful blend of electronic dance music and pop that is sure to get listeners moving. The album features a variety of upbeat tracks that are perfect for a night out on the dance floor or a workout session at the gym.

The opening track, "Luvstruck," sets the tone for the album with its infectious beat and catchy lyrics. Other standout tracks include "Fantasy," "Hold On," and "Higher Love," all of which showcase the group's ability to create memorable hooks and energetic rhythms.

One of the strengths of the album is the group's use of different vocalists, each bringing their unique style and personality to the tracks. From the sultry vocals of Jodie Connor on "Fantasy" to the smooth rap of Tinchy Stryder on "Hold On," each guest artist adds a new dimension to the album.

About Last Of The Mohicans

Entertaining a crowd has always been a major focal point for the Welsh powerhouse duo Last Of The Mohicans. As DJs theyve never been short of a crowd pleaser or two, evident always with every hair raising performance they give as a DJ, producer combo and its a correct analysis of their behaviour to say they are the engineers of mayhem, chaos and energetic musical madness in every venue or main stage they grace. Doing the damage as a collective for just over six years, Last Of The Mohicans comprises of Welsh born Rhys Williams and Adam John who together have an incredible twenty years of DJing experience between them across trance, techno and hard house before finding their feet as a duo in the feverishly popular UK hardcore scene. Rhys, now 28 had already been mastering residencies as a DJ after spending a now thirteen year stretch on the decks and effects mastering the art of manipulating sounds, blending sharp mixes and tearing up mixers UK wide in an already mentioned variation of underground genres. Adam now 24, has been doing the same for a little over ten years (including his turn as part of Last Of The Mohicans) and after a chance meeting at an open deck night which Rhys put on whilst he was a landlord at a Swansea pub, the two forged an instant friendship that would result in the now World famous DJ / producer partnership still rocking stages today in America, Canada, Poland, Germany, Spain and their native Wales and the UK for such globally recognised brands as HTID In The Sun, Hardcore Heaven, Fusion, Tasty, Polysexual, Oxygen, Delirium, Dance Island, Southern Sound, Nemesis, Hardcore Evo, Ravers Are,B2T, Hyperbolic and Tick Tock on their favoured short list. Whether on a small stage or main stage, the two treat each gig, no matter how small or large or in what country with the same full on, bouncy, filthy, fast and uplifting attitude, always rocking a room, consistently igniting it with a musical torch that sets atmospheres ablaze and leaves promoters and crowds alike fully content that dance floor mayhem has been fully unleashed. As producers, Last Of The Mohicans have been responsible for a number of unique UK hardcore anthems including Shot Me Down, the crowd smashing Luvstruck (both with J-Swish) and the instantly catchy Freak (with headlining artist Al Storm). As a result of such dedicated studio focus and invested stage enthusiasm with such artists as Stromtrooper, AL Storm,Orbit 1, Paul F, Alex Bassjunkie and Hatrixx amongst others; their tracks have been released on such hailed labels as Nukleuz, Thin n Crispy, Warped Science, 24/7, Candy Crush and Ruff Beatz as well as key highlights on such chart busting album compilations as Hardcore Underground 4 (on Al Storm & Kutskis disc) and their remix (along with J-Swish) of Vinylgroovers Move Your Body taking a prime position on the massive selling TV advertised Hardcore Nation 2009 mixed by industry hero Joey Riot. They continue this work long into 2011 with the newly launched and freshly branded Mohican Records for which the pair are both proud owners of and as a label will act as the outlet for all of their collective creative belters. Not content at just building beats and rocking stages for others, the Last Of The Mohicans are also keen Promoters with their night Nemesis also infamous for its high energy, great atmosphere and block busting guest DJs. Having grown as one of the best UK hardcore, hardstyle and hard dance parties in Wales to date, Nemesis continues its success at the former super club Escape (now Cuba) in Swansea. Taking promoting, producing, DJing and no less partying to whole new levels of extreme, the excitement, energy, atmosphere and rawkus behaviour these boys display when taking to a stage is unparalleled by any other duo before them. Last Of The Mohicans are, like the characters in film of their namesake savage, focussed, warriors, destined to easily win over any dance floor they have the pleasure of entertaining week in, week out. All thats left to do is for you to see that for yourselves and trust me; its entirely worth the epic journey. Words: Jon Brown
