Review by Isaac Moffett

The album Pimp by King Sun & IceT is a classic representation of old-school rap music. The album features 10 tracks that revolve around the themes of pimping, street life, and gangster culture. The album's opening track, "Dope Beat," sets the tone for the entire album with its funky bassline and catchy lyrics.

The album's standout tracks include "On The Club Tip," "Do The Right Thing," and "Street Corner." These tracks showcase the lyrical prowess of both King Sun and IceT as they deliver hard-hitting lyrics over tight beats. The album also features a few guest appearances, including Melle Mel and Afrika Bambaataa, which add to the album's overall appeal.

One of the album's strengths is its production quality. The beats are well-crafted and complement the lyrics perfectly. The album's overall sound is raw and gritty, which adds to its authenticity.

Despite its focus on pimping and gangster culture, the album also touches on social issues. Tracks like "Mysteries Of Life" and "Humanity" tackle themes like poverty and social inequality.
