Review by Mark Middleton

The album Funky Road by Invitations is a fantastic addition to any funk music lover's collection. The band's groovy beats and catchy melodies will have listeners tapping their feet and nodding their heads in no time.

The album opens with the upbeat and funky track "Funky Road," which sets the tone for the rest of the album. The band's use of horns, guitar riffs, and basslines is impressive and adds depth to each track. The vocals are smooth and soulful, and the lyrics are relatable and fun.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Do You Wanna Dance." The catchy chorus and infectious rhythm make it impossible not to move to the beat. The song is a perfect example of the band's ability to create music that is both funky and danceable.

Another highlight of the album is "All I Really Want." The track is a slower, more soulful ballad that showcases the band's versatility. The vocals are emotive and heartfelt, and the instrumentation is beautifully arranged.
