Grand Funk Railroad (also known as Grand Funk) is an American rock band that was highly popular during the 1970s. Grand Funk Railroad toured constantly to packed arenas worldwide. David Fricke of Rolling Stone Magazine writes "You cannot talk about rock in the 1970s without talking about GRAND FUNK RAILROAD!" The band's name is a play on words of the Grand Trunk and Western Railroad, a railroad line that ran through the band's home town of Flint, Michigan.

Once I dropped the needle on that record it absolutely blew me away this track is marvelous but the whole album is just keep on delivering everytime, I'm a Hip Hop fan from the heart but my second favourite genre is that kind of rock and this album is and will always be one of my all time favourite.
I heard that kind and old man passed away in the beggining of 2022, since then that album gained an all another meaning to me.
R.I.P Serge, you were such a nice and beautiful human with one of the greatest knowledge in Rock music.
