Review by Tradición y Sabores

The album Folk Songs For Far Out Folk by Fred Katz Orchestras is a delightful collection of traditional folk songs that have been given a modern twist. The arrangements are intricate and well-crafted, with a variety of instruments and sounds blending together seamlessly. The musicianship is top-notch, with each member of the orchestra displaying impressive skill and creativity. The album is also notable for its adventurous spirit, with Katz and his musicians taking risks and experimenting with different styles and approaches. Folk Songs For Far Out Folk is a highly enjoyable and engaging album that will appeal to fans of both traditional folk music and more avant-garde sounds.

Anybody know the story about the album cover art? There is no credit listed in the reissue and I've had no luck hunting the info down.
Mel Pollen on Bass... Member of the original 1st Call Gang that went on to become The Wrecking Crew
Thanks. He lived around the corner from me in Fullerton.
I found a copy of this at a Goodwill last week, cost less than 60 cents. It's a white label promotional copy. I did good!
