About Me: Gareth Lavell is the founder of Phoenix UK from Manchester, England, he has been living and serving needy people of Thailand for last 28 years. During that time he setup a foundation serving the needs of the poor who suffered with the terminal disease HIV/Aids. The foundation also took care of more than nine hundred AIDS orphaned children. He is focused and purposes to assist Asian youth, primarily children who are fatherless, orphaned and in danger of being human trafficked. These kids who come from impoverished or neglected backgrounds and kids who are desperately seeking help. Gareth takes all of his roles very seriously and serves with a compassionate heart, with complete honesty diligence and with integrity, he constantly strives for perfection, he is a positive thinker has seen many lives dramatically changed in a very positive way. Some of his previous service has been assisting the needy from the December 2004 Thailand Tsunami, he also assisted with organizing and distribution of humanitarian aid to refugees fleeing from the May 2, 2008 Myanmar's Nargis Cyclone disaster. Today in 2015 Gareth is presently in process of setting up and registering a legal charity in England and Wales to assist needy kids and youth from within UK, Thailand and Myanmar.
