i am not religious i never have been. But my mother was and she brought me to church until i was 17...This song reminds me of my childhood. believe what you will, but this is good music
I love this song. But it definitely has an old school R&B sample in it. I know music, this has Eddie Kendricks "Intimate Friends" sample in it. Mixing of R&B and gospel........ Don't know about it, a lot of people do it. But it definitely adds to the song's sound quality.
can't believe this was a gospel song in the 90s, way ahead of it's time the only thing that gives it away are those baggy 90s clothes but other than that, the vocals, the beat, even the words sounds completely modern, i'm not a religious person by ANY means but i love this song and alot of gospel music
