The Sound of Motorcity is a compilation album that features some of the most iconic and influential tracks from the Motown era. Released in 2017, this album is a tribute to the city of Detroit and the music that emerged from it during the 1960s and 70s.

The album also includes lesser-known tracks from artists such as The Velvelettes and The Contours, which adds to the album's overall appeal.
One standout track on the album is Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On." The song's socially conscious lyrics and soulful sound make it a timeless classic. Another highlight is The Supremes' "Baby Love," which showcases the group's signature harmonies and catchy melodies.
