Review by Oresti Kyriakopoulos

The album "The Interview" by Tin Machine is a unique and experimental blend of rock and alternative music. The band, consisting of David Bowie, Reeves Gabrels, Tony Sales, and Hunt Sales, delivers a raw and edgy sound that is both intense and captivating.

From the opening track "Stateside" to the closing number "Sorry," the album takes listeners on a journey through a range of emotions and musical styles. The band's bold and unapologetic approach is evident throughout the album, particularly on tracks like "A Big Hurt" and "Working Class Hero."

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Baby Can Dance," which features Bowie's signature vocals and Gabrels' intricate guitar work. The song's infectious groove and catchy chorus make it a standout hit that is sure to get listeners moving.

Comments

When Bowie died i listened to his entire catalog but found the the two Tin Machine albums unbearably bad.
Fuckin brilliant
Abso fabou thiz gituirist klap klap Igive u a big HAND
A very underrated part of Bowles career . I love it ?
It seems the comments about Tin Machine ask why they were so overlooked and disrespected. It is because they are anti fascist, anti communist and anti dictatorship. This is highly unpopular with the government dependant losers and there is a whole lot of them. Only 16 percent work for the private sector. 24 percent work for the public sector (government employees with nothing to offer the private sector, no talent or earning potential) 60 percent don't work at all (welfare dependant) and Tin Machine rides the losers like rented mules I thank Tin Machine for standing up for the American way and free market economy.
The other side of Mr Bowie ❣️Fantastic ❣️ Hope everything is fine there and all of you are healthy !?❣️
Under the God Bowie, for sure ! Great tune, great LP !
Good vibration
I like...
this song ROCKS!
Bowie, he always knew who to align himself with and he's always gotten inspiration from the best creative talents every generation since the 70's had to offer.
So sublime
Great cover of this song by "No Remorse"
WHAT THIS MASTERPIECE IS?! WHY DO I FOUND IT UNTIL NOW??
Tin Machine saw the Trump years clearly back in 1989.
Where is the video for this song? I remember seeing it on MTV (when they focused on the M), but I can’t find it anywhere online.
Remember when I saw Tin Machine in LA at The Roxy in 1989!!! Great show!!
Great song, but the sound quality here is absolutely horrible.
SOOOOOO underrated.
RIP Ginger Baker!
Perhaps those critical of this faze,
are starting to get the prolific nature of this group's art,
TFS
Saw them at a club in New Haven, CT back then, just a few people there (15 or 20), we were like 5 feet away. During a snow storm. Amazing. They hung baby dolls from the drum kit, and the babies were bouncing off the drum on nooses the whole time.
Sounds so much like In The Flat Field by Bauhaus

And I'm pretty sure Bowie was a fan of them
Interesting idea. Bowie as simply one part of a band.
dynamite!!!
