Tikkle Me is the eponymous album from the Swedish indie pop band, Tikkle Me. Released in 2013, the album features 10 tracks filled with catchy melodies and dreamy vocals.
The album opens with "If You Were Mine," a track that sets the tone for the rest of the album with its upbeat rhythm and infectious chorus. "Summer in Your Heart" follows, showcasing the band's ability to create a dreamy, atmospheric sound.
Other standout tracks include "Boys in the Attic," a nostalgic ode to youthful mischief, and "My Oh My," a melancholic ballad that highlights lead singer Lina Öhman's haunting vocals.
Tikkle Me's sound is reminiscent of bands like The Cardigans and Belle and Sebastian, with a touch of 60s pop and 80s new wave. The album's production is polished, but not overly so, allowing the band's natural charm and energy to shine through.
