Quiet Flower - DNR

Quiet Flower's album DNR is a solid addition to the indie rock genre. The band's sound is a blend of dreamy, shoegaze-inspired melodies and gritty guitar riffs, creating a unique sonic landscape that is both ethereal and grounded. The album's opening track, "Bleeding Sun", sets the tone with its haunting vocals and swirling guitar lines. From there, the band explores a range of moods and textures, from the moody "Shadows" to the upbeat "Electric Dreams". The album's standout track is "DNR", a brooding, slow-burning anthem that showcases the band's ability to build tension and release it in a cathartic burst of sound. DNR is a strong debut from Quiet Flower, and a promising sign of things to come.
