Review by Robert Renteria

Psycho Le Cemu's latest album is a true masterpiece of J-rock. The band's unique blend of visual kei, pop, and rock styles is on full display in every track, making for an album that is both energetic and catchy. The album opens with "Gekiai Merry-Go-Round," a fast-paced, guitar-driven song that sets the tone for the rest of the album. From there, the band takes listeners on a journey through a variety of styles and moods, including the upbeat and danceable "Hikari no Kizuna," the melancholy ballad "Yume Kazaguruma," and the driving rock anthem "Ai no Uta." Psycho Le Cemu's musicianship is top-notch throughout the album, with each member contributing their own unique style to the mix. The vocals are particularly impressive, with lead singer Daishi's powerful voice soaring over the music. this album is a must-listen for fans of J-rock and anyone looking for a fresh take on the genre.

About Psycho Le Cemu

Japanese rock band known for their cosplay costumes inspired by anime and video game characters. Psycho le Cému formed in early 1999 and released their first single Kronos independently in March 2000. After playing a sold-out gig at Tokyo's famed visual-kei venue Rock May Kan the band were signed by manager Sweet Heart and indie label with whom they released their debut album. In 2003 they made the move to mainstream and signed to major label who promoted them in the US market through appearances at anime conventions throughout 2004 and 2005. On May 31, 2005 lead singer was stopped by police in Kanagawa and tested positive for methamphetamine. He was sentenced to probation and a suspended sentence but the scandal was such that all of the band's merchandise was removed from shelves in Japan. His solo tour was cancelled, and his solo EP was removed from shelves. On June 5, 2005 the band announced they were "on hiatus" but re-formed briefly in 2006 to promote an album of new material titled "Epilogue".
