Review by Michelle Dunn

Proven's self-titled album, Proven, is a solid rock offering with a heavy dose of classic metal influences. With a sound that harkens back to the glory days of bands like Metallica and Iron Maiden, Proven delivers a collection of hard-hitting tracks that are sure to please fans of the genre.

The album kicks off with the blistering "Torment," which sets the tone for what's to come with its chugging riffs and driving rhythm section. From there, the band dives into a series of high-energy tracks like "Rage" and "Betrayal," which showcase their impressive musicianship and songwriting skills.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Broken," which features a more melodic approach than some of the other songs on the record. The soaring chorus and intricate guitar work make for a memorable moment that will stick with listeners long after the album has ended.
