Review by RUKE

Neal Hefti's album, L'Orchestre Qui Chante Et Qui Danse, is a delightful collection of jazz pieces that showcase the composer's talent and creativity. The album features a range of musical styles, from upbeat swing numbers to mellow ballads, all performed with precision and skill by Hefti's orchestra.

Listeners will find themselves tapping their feet to the infectious rhythms of tracks like "Cute" and "Repetition," while slower tracks like "Li'l Darlin'" and "Gone with the Wind" provide a welcome change of pace. Throughout the album, Hefti's arrangements are inventive and engaging, with each instrument contributing to a rich and complex sound.
