About Kove Feat Moko
Hailing from Sussex, Koves forays into music production began in 2006. By 2009, hed moved to London to produce an electro-pop band, and he continued honing his production skills, initially crafting more down-tempo efforts. In 2010, he was introduced to the world of 170BPM dance music when he was invited to watch the Brookes Brothers. Setting his sights on making his mark in the ever-expanding drum and bass scene, he was brought to the attention of Viper Recordings boss Futurebound, who released his first two tracks Stellar and Breach in early 2012. Shortly after, Ram Records Andy C picked up Koves track Iodine, which led to an invitation to play his first DJ set at Rams label night at Fabric. Iodine quickly became a staple for many of the scenes biggest DJs. Iodine was released at the end of 2012 on Rams sister label, Program and was supported by UKFs YouTube channel. The release of Iodine created awareness to a wider audience and Kove was offered the chance to remix the much-hyped Brooklyn duo Deap Vally. His remix of The End of the World was featured on UKF and was given away as a free download.
At just 22 years of age, Kove is already a man in demand having set the dance music scene alight with his impressive remixes of John Newman's 'Love Me Again' and Chase & Status's 'Lost & Not Found'.
