The album What Time Is Love by JAMs was a highly anticipated release in the electronic music scene. The album features a unique blend of dance, house, and techno, with a heavy emphasis on sampling and a distinct retro sound.
The opening track, "What Time Is Love?", sets the tone for the album with its infectious beat and catchy vocal samples. From there, the album takes the listener on a journey through various genres and influences, all expertly woven together by JAMs.
One standout track is "3 A.M. Eternal", a dancefloor anthem that combines driving beats with gospel-inspired vocals. Another highlight is "Last Train to Trancentral", a hypnotic track that builds and builds to an epic climax.

Notes
- Studio CDr acetate for the forthcoming single by the artist forever known as 'The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu'.
- The single release eventually went on to be titled 'F*** The Millennium', along with 'What Time Is Love?' performed by Acid Brass / The Williams Fairey Brass Band.
- For the commercial release, the artist was changed from The JAMs to '2K', presumably because The KLF had "left the record industry" in 1993 so Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty could no longer release the new track under their old pseudonym.
- The sleeve notes do not credit 2K as the artist and this may be because the new group name had not yet been confirmed.
- The sleeve notes do not credit the primary track as being 'F*** The Millennium', which may be because at the time of recording the title track name had not yet been fully approved.

About The JAMs
The earliest incarnation of the Bill Drummond/James Cauty collaboration that had most success as the Kopyright Liberation Front (KLF). The name comes from the & Robert Shea books, "The Illuminatus! Trilogy". The Justified Ancients of Mummu (JAMs) were the underground (underwater!) anarchist collective spearheaded by Hagbard Celine, who fights the Illuminati from a golden submarine, the Leif Ericson. In the book, Mu is another name for the vanished Atlantis and Lemuria. Drummond was involved in the stage production of "Illuminatus!" in 1976.
