Review by Dante Monteverde

The album Jazz Rolls Royce by Howard Rumsey's Lighthouse All Star Big Band is a must-listen for jazz enthusiasts. The album features some of the best jazz musicians of the time, including Stu Williamson, Bob Cooper, and Frank Rosolino. The album is a perfect blend of swing and bebop, and the musicianship is top-notch. The arrangements are tight, and the solos are exceptional. The album features some of the most memorable jazz standards, including "Take the A Train" and "Misty." The sound quality is excellent, and the album captures the energy and excitement of a live performance. Jazz Rolls Royce is a classic jazz album that should be in every jazz lover's collection.

Thanks for posting this, brassgolem. A great jazz group ... and this was one of their rare recordings in stereo. Jazz for Lighthouse Keeping is another one ... and much better sounding from and audiophile standpoint. The Jazz Rolls Royce album her was manipulated by the recording engineers to make the group sound like it was larger than it actually was. Still great music though ... as all of their album are.
