About The Fontane Sisters
The Fontane Sisters were a trio (Bea, Geri and Marge Rosse) from New Milford (New Jersey) who performed and recorded in the years 1941-1961. Toward the beginning part of their career, the trio sang backup vocals for and were regular guests on his radio and television shows. The group chose the name Fontane after the french surname "Fontaine" of the great-grandmother of French-Canadian descent.
