Some of you will never know what it sounded like on The End sound system being played the same night it was finished.... And it shows
Heard it played in my school cafeteria on the weekend played by a local DJ that was liked by Ed Rush & Optical at the time. The sound in that basement was something.
An unadulterated classic of the drum and bass scene. Sounds utterly disgusting on wax.
Beatbox Dog Abwabwabwa ?
Jump Up into DarkSide, DnB best era, nuff said.
Bens best tune by a looooong way
I remember being so gutted that this wasn't on Wormhole. Didn't take long to get my grubbies on the 12" though.

Sick Note is still one of my favourite Ed & Op tracks (one of my fave D&B tracks actually) and it still sounds so dope.
Nostalgie ❤️ 20 ans après je viens de l’avoir en vinyle! Une tuerie ce morceau
this is the GOLDEN ERA..ed rush/optical dom roland klute teebee konflict source direct etc etc..these days everything shit and to generic..glad i was there and i still listen to all them bad boys to this day as theres everyrhing i want in a dirty dnb trak..respect ur elders.. simplicity..drums and bass..1 love
Oida, der Sound ist schon nice, aber da kann ich easy besseren DnB produzieren...
Big chooon. Some Ninja Tune/Trip Hop elements influences here. 1999 would def be the correct era.
This is such an awesome track by Ed Rush & Optical right here man I love it. Big up.?
