Diamond Dawn came together in 2011 in Gothenburg, Sweden, and first released a demo of the song Standing As One . A handful of record labels took notice of the song and showed their interest, but it wasn t until Frontiers Records came along that it became clear to the band where they wanted to go. In the spring of the following year, Diamond Dawn inked a worldwide record deal with Frontiers Records. The band has been working hard throughout all of 2012 on their hotly anticipated debut album, entitled OVERDRIVE, set to be released in February 2013. This is something any and all fans of melodic rock will not want to miss!

Incredible track. Kind of fuses FM, Dakota and Survivor together (as one, lol).
Actual talent! This should be a huge hit.
I love these guys but they have the same problem alot of the Euro AOR bands have, the keys are too high in the mix and it kind of turns off the US crowd. Not everyone I am sure feels that way, and we don't hate keyboards and synths, it just it "ups" the cheesiness factor a bit and I think if they were a tad more guitar heavy it would give it that edge. Think Nightranger who know how to use the keys perfectly in the mix and bring them out when needed.
