Review by Sann Hartmann

The album Caprice Italien Italian Caprice Op 45 by the Danish State Radio Symphoni Orchestra conducted by Nicolai Malko is a true delight for classical music enthusiasts. The orchestra's performance is impeccable, with each instrument blending seamlessly to create a harmonious sound that transports the listener to the heart of Italy.

The album features a selection of works by Tchaikovsky, including the titular Caprice Italien, which is a lively and upbeat piece that captures the spirit of Italy perfectly. The orchestra's interpretation is full of energy, with Malko's conducting bringing out the nuances of the music.

Other highlights of the album include the Waltz from Eugene Onegin and the Polonaise from Eugene Onegin, both of which are performed with great skill and precision. The orchestra's ability to convey the emotion and drama of these pieces is truly impressive.
