Save The Children by Bobby Womack is a timeless album that showcases the legendary musician's soulful vocals and powerful songwriting. The album was released in 1979 and features ten tracks that address social issues such as poverty, inequality, and the struggle for civil rights.

From the opening track, "Save The Children," Womack's voice is captivating, drawing the listener in with its raw emotion and heartfelt delivery. The album's standout tracks include "Nobody Wants You When You're Down and Out," a haunting ballad about the hardships of poverty, and "American Dream," a powerful commentary on the American political landscape.

Bobby Womack doing a little New Jack Swing on this joint
80s music was so energetic and uplifting.
Thank's for doing my song RIP. Bobby Womack. Carey Nash
I absolutely loved the 80s.
A largely forgettable attempt to bring greater relevance to Womack's output by incorporating hip hop and pop influences of the time. The closest track to being worth mention is the still over-produced ballad 'Too Close For Comfort'.
nice song...
This song, written and produced by Keg Johnson and also written by Sigidi, with BG vocals by Wilmer Raglin and Keg Johnson. Funk at its best! ORACLE "all-ways remember to love yourself"
