- About Me: I’m a WordPress educator and consultant, and the creator of WP101.com, a popular WordPress tutorial site that has helped more than two million people learn how to use WordPress. For more than 25 years, I enjoyed a rewarding career as a freelance designer. In 2008, I created the original WordPress 101 video tutorial series. Since then, the WP101 training videos have helped more than two million beginners learn how to use WordPress to build their own website or blog. In 2018, I also launched 101Videos.com, a service that creates custom intro and tutorial videos to help your audience fall in love with your product. Our team has created custom screencasts and tutorial videos for clients like GoDaddy, WooCommerce, Beaver Builder, Yoast, Ninja Forms, and many other notable companies. On a personal note, I’m an avid fan of F1 and IndyCar racing, and raced sports cars myself at an amateur level for many years. I also enjoy running, being a GeekDad, and traveling with my wife and three kids. When I’m not in front of the computer, you’ll often find me on the back porch, enjoying a cigar with a nice whiskey.
