I also master things with much determination, as I am authentic soul, and this is a never ending journey of living life. I have lived life and have had ,many ups and downs, as I have learned how to define my mental illness. Through my writing and art I hope I may create an imagery so others can heal.Within my path I hope others can celebrate the arts so they can heal and give mental health more of an awareness , and break the barriers. She is like a work horse that has been weathered in severe storms, and she just trees through slowly and paces herself. The snow , and sleet and rain, and thunder and lightening have rocked her world. Yet she is still standing, and she is bubbling with love for our people and the Earth. I strive to voice my opinions of abuse and health and wellness through the arts, as some turn a blind eye and abuse and the stress of this can kill you if you stay silent.As I know from letting it bottle up inside I became very sick. So I have learned to create through the arts , and with medical advise I can continue my path to wellness. I wrote many blogs on gaia.com when they were running and have a quote on gaiam.com. I also had one article published in the Leader Post. When I was Ill I painted many paintings over a hundred in a short period of time , and sent them all to Richard Branson in a mirror box. I also I believe I had hypergraphia, as I had a driving compulsion to write two manuscripts when I was ill. Famous people like Dante,and Robert Louis Stevenson had this too within some point of their lives. I have two children and a dog that I love dearly. I also am a Vegan and love all animals. Most of all I love life , and each and everyday as we never know what will be on our path of life.
