About Me: At 45 years (February 2014) I decided it was a time for change in my life. I was extremely over weight at 322lbs feeling miserable depressed and constantly in pain. I knew I just couldn't go on like this so I prayed and prayed to God for guidance!! He lead me to an Amazing health and Wellness company that helped me ever inch and pound of the way!! Plexus Worldwide!! With the help of my Plexus products I changed my lifestyle cutting carbs, sugars and diet soda out of my life!! Eating healthy and drinking my water daily along with my products I feel amazing!! Having 175lbs gone and being off all medicine (blood pressure and anxiety) I feel in my 20s again!! Feeling this great has gotten me back in the gym and putting exercise back in my life which just adds to the fabulous feeling!! Nothing like freeing yourself from life's limitations that many people take for granted!!! I created this blog in hope of helping someone else feel just as amazing as I feel!
