- About Me: My food-know-about started when I was just about to sing the first song I learned "Everything I do I do it for you :)". I grew up in a small family of four. My dad and my older Sister are both chefs while my mom and I are both restaurateurs. What a perfect balance right? Rasa Singapura, in Quezon City Philippines, a small cozy family oriented restaurant, has been my home for over 17 years. I saw how my parents work hands on just to bring the Singaporean and Filipino cuisine to the people. (Of course with the help of yours truly…ahhhmmm…). They also taught me the value of food, drinks, service and love all under one roof. My passion for food and beverage grew immediately and before I know it, all my friends and family comments on the amount of love I have for it. I decided that this love I have should be shared to everyone who has the same passion as I do. “At Food As I Know It” you will find….; The recipe of the food I cooked “Recipe at its own” (I don’t usually follow recipes and I don’t cook the same food twice, I create my own all the time and now that I will share the recipes to everyone it’s a good way to track down my inventions and cook them again) Reviews of the restaurants that I love (from a simple cafeteria to a fine dining restaurant..where food is great…its worth spreading) I call it “FOOD at its best!” Food as YOU Know IT! Will be where I shall post great food information exchange from other food lovers like me. And of course there would be “Food at its low” though, nothing against the place that I will be mentioning here but I assure it will be for a good reason. So finally to all food passionada let’s all virtually enjoy food as we all know it!!!!
