I lost all of my confidence and I wanted to hide instead of be seen in public. Not that I was ever over weight, I just looked the worst that I had ever looked. I wasn't happy, so i finally took action. My journey has been rough. I could never lie to someone and tell them its going to be easy. It wont be.
