- Recorded live by Wally Heider Studios Mobile Unit May 7, 1971 at Al's Grand Hotel, an installation/exhibition where Allen Ruppersberg converted a two-story craftsman house in Hollywood into a fully functioning hotel with seven themed guest rooms.
- Edition of 500 copies including a small but unknown amount autographed by Terry Allen and Allen Ruppersberg on the reverse side of the gatefold sleeve.
