The album, The Sky Is Crying by Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble, is a masterpiece of blues music. Released in 1991, it features ten tracks that showcase Vaughan's virtuosity on the guitar and his soulful vocals.
The album opens with the title track, which has a haunting melody that sets the tone for the rest of the record. Other standout tracks include "Empty Arms," which features some of Vaughan's most impressive guitar work, and "Little Wing," a cover of the Jimi Hendrix classic that showcases Vaughan's ability to reinterpret a song and make it his own.
