Review by Alex St-Amour

Steely Dan's 1978 album FM is a true masterpiece of jazz-rock fusion. The album features some of the band's most iconic tracks, including "Do It Again," "Reelin' In The Years," and "Rikki Don't Lose That Number."

The band's signature sound, characterized by intricate harmonies and jazzy chord progressions, is on full display throughout the album. The musicianship is impeccable, with each member of the band contributing their own unique style and skill to the mix.

The album's title track, "FM," is a standout, showcasing a funky, upbeat groove that perfectly captures the energy of the era. The song was actually written for the movie of the same name, which was set in the world of rock radio.

What a juicy, delicious reprise... I remember it from my latter years of high school.
Thank you for posting 45 rpm.
Now, I realized that this 7” single has only early fade-out !
They just cut the ending guitar solo short.
Not sure about the movie but this track makes the soundtrack. Buffalo Springfield were on it too... oh my my...
Thanks for posting the original 45 single radio edit version. Anyone have that AM (No Static At All) edit of the song?
well we can't all be perfect like you Christian
if you really laugh that much at such cheesy shit you have a real problem man
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
seriously that was a pain in the ass
I dunno, Greg. I was lookin' on YouTube. Somebody took down the AM (No static at all) edit of the song.
