Review by Roy Lucier

The St Lunatics' self-titled album is a solid representation of the group's unique sound and style. The album features a range of upbeat and catchy tracks that showcase the group's ability to blend hip-hop, R&B, and pop seamlessly.

One standout track is "Gimme What You Got," which features a smooth and sultry beat coupled with infectious lyrics. Another notable track is "Summer in the City," which perfectly captures the energy and vibe of a hot summer day in the city.

These fooz was dancing ?? anything for the label
Sounds like Nelly had a lil bit of Andre 3000 influence during this time along with his own melodic style. It’s always super dope go back watch a superstar artist from the beginning, just like when Wayne blew up a lot of the younger generation went back and studied his earlier work.
Why am I just now finding this?
This dance ??
Thats why I had a 3 week argument with the label (D2) that didn't want him on the song!! ME: "are y'all crazy , this kid has that it factor"... .... The song was all my idea, the sample , the drums, the concept ,the hook.... it wasn't suppose to be released ... it was just an example of what I was trying to achieve (to take back to this group of youngsters that I had...and teaching how to rhyme ,ride the beat, make a SONG that sound big and not local). why do you think I dropped the beat out that way on his verse and not on mine ?... it was to show the none belivers that they where wrong about him(Nelly).... I recored the record 3 months before he put a verse in it ..... he had 3 months to live with the song !! I wrote 2 verse in 2 hrs( 2nd verse was weak....it wasn't important, it was about letting them hear how a properly structured song would sound !!! )..... and the song that I made as a example ....became the most important song in STL Hip Hop history..... my point is ...I seen the it factor... before everyone (even Nelly).......lastly, Notice that the song was titled "The ST.Lunatics" not AIi Feat.Nelly... not ALI & NELLY... NO ... "THE ST.LUNATICS" ... that was my goal , the GROUP... !!! Peace ALI (AKA) Poppa Leezy
I don't understand Ali mad at Nelly
Hear Ali verse over Nelly verse
Who really was the rapper,Nelly killed this track
Sounds like budget remixed 4times, bad boy song
What sort of dance was Nelly doing in that video?
It's crazy how Ali's chorus relates to him.
“Smoking hEy, HEy, HEY
I bust a rhyme ?
The "History of St. Lunatics" interview brought me hurrr !!! I've never heard this song before !!! ?
