Snakefinger - I Gave Myself To You

Review by Christopher E. Otwell

Snakefinger's album, I Gave Myself To You, is an eclectic mix of genres that showcase the musician's versatility and creativity. The album features a range of instruments, including guitars, keyboards, and horns, which blend together to create a unique and dynamic sound.

The opening track, "The Model," sets the tone for the album with its catchy melody and driving rhythm. From there, the listener is taken on a journey through different styles, from the funky "The Man in the Dark Sedan" to the haunting "Jesus Was a Leprechaun."

Snakefinger's vocals are a highlight of the album, with his distinctive voice adding depth and emotion to each track. The lyrics are thought-provoking and often surreal, adding to the overall atmosphere of the album.

If you play it at a disco you'll see! ❄️?❄️?❄️❣️?❣️
It's actually an oblique disco song from a closet fan of the genre))))
Song not a disco this is
one of those songs you hear once and it sticks with you for decades.

Great groove and playing! Thanks Snakefinger! ????☮️?
There was really only one chance to see this music performed live, and it was Spring of 1987. Having seen him steal the 13th Anniversary tour with the R's, I'm glad I didn't miss that chance.
Awesome lyrics
What’s up with all the fucking ads?
