(17 June 1949 1 July 1987), ...who performed under the stage/band name, Snakefinger. Philip was an English musician which included being the, singer / songwriter for the band. As a multi-instrumentalist, he was best known for his guitar and violin work as well as his collaborations with, The Residents.

There was really only one chance to see this music performed live, and it was Spring of 1987. Having seen him steal the 13th Anniversary tour with the R's, I'm glad I didn't miss that chance.
