The MGA Sessions by Siobhan Fahey is a refreshing take on her signature sound. The album is a collection of live recordings of Fahey's hits and new material, all performed with her band MGA. The production is raw and unpolished, giving the album a live feel that captures the energy of Fahey's performances.
The album opens with "Pulsatron," a new track that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The song is a catchy synth-pop number with a driving beat and a hook that will stick in your head for days. "Pulsatron" is followed by "Runaway," a classic Bananarama hit that gets a fresh update with MGA's live instrumentation.
Fahey's vocals are as strong as ever on The MGA Sessions. Her voice is full of emotion and power on tracks like "Bitter Pill" and "Revolution." She also shows off her range on the haunting ballad "Ghost."

Notes
- Retail version of Siobhan Fahey - The MGA Sessions (Special Edition) which was originally released in 2011 via her website.
- Track 12, 'Where's The Party?' lasts for 2'40", there is silence until 3'40" when 'Suddenly (Demo)" begins and continues through to the track's end at 7'16". 'Suddenly (Demo)' is referenced on the rear of the lyric sheet as '13 Suddenly...'
- Picture CD in a card slipcase sleeve with a signed lyric sheet, hand-numbered out of 1,000.
- Material was recorded in the mid-1990s and released independently through Fahey's own label, SF Records, in December 2005.
- The lyric sheet's rear artwork is credited as 'The Kissing Gate by Rob Ryan'.
- Contains two demos which appear in their final versions on other Siobhan Fahey/ Shakespear's Sister releases: "The Older Sister" (from #3) and "Suddenly" (from I Can Drive and Long Live The Queens!).
