Review by Renato Claro

Ravers Frank Bacon's album "Let's Dance Sheila" is a high-energy, upbeat collection of dance tracks that will get listeners moving and grooving. The album features Bacon's signature mix of electronic and acoustic sounds, with catchy beats and catchy hooks that are sure to stick in your head long after the music has ended.

From the opening track "Let's Dance Sheila," which sets the tone for the entire album with its infectious rhythm and playful lyrics, to the closing track "Goodbye My Love," which slows things down a bit and showcases Bacon's softer side, this album is a non-stop party from start to finish.

Other standout tracks include "Get Up and Dance," which features a driving bassline and funky guitar riffs, and "Electric Love," which combines electronic beats with live drums and percussion for a truly unique sound.

Salve, : L’Autore è Tommy Roe, che ne dà l’originale interpretazione, ma anche i The Ravers la ripropongono molto bene.- Grazie comunque per averla messa a confronto.- ( aldo ), da Verona.-
Hi...thanks for sharing this...a little known fact about this record is that both The Ravers and Frank Bacon were pseudonyms for Ross McManus (Elvis Costello's father). Ross recorded many "gas station records" as he called them under these two names and many others such as Hal Prince and the Layabouts. He had an interesting career making these "knockoff" records as well as recording under his real name and as a singer with the Joe Loss Orchestra. Elvis Costello tells the story behind these records in his book "Unfaithful Music & Disappearing Ink." It's great to hear them shared...many thanks ! :)
Salve, : Hi ! : These lesser known Versions, are better than Originals.- Rythmic Lessons too.- This is my humble opinion.- And Yours ? Thanks ! - Aldo “ one Man Band “, Songwriter for Hobby, ( Music and Lyrics ).- From Verona city, in Veneto, nord-est of Italy.- Greetings for You All, and Good new Year, of Our God !
