Isn't that just the way it is sometimes? He's so correct about fate's fickle hand (I think, anyway).

A perfect mix between.... Lennon, Bowie, And The Master Gabriel....
One of the best songs of the 70s. Like a great documentary on a historical tragedy, this song leaves me with conflicting feelings. The lyric is chilling and dark, no doubt, and yet it leaves a strange sense of hope and peace. All due to the artistry of the piece. Songs like this make me think: If we can turn our neuroses and fears into wonderful music like this, maybe there's hope for us yet.
