Review by Mike Ohrenberger

Ohio Liberation Army's album, The Opposite Of Green Is Bear, is a unique and thought-provoking collection of songs that showcases the band's individuality and talent. The album features a variety of musical styles, ranging from folk and country to punk and rock, creating a sound that is both eclectic and engaging.

The lyrics are introspective and poetic, often exploring themes of love, loss, and the human condition. The vocals are raw and emotive, conveying a sense of vulnerability and honesty that is rare in today's music scene. The instrumentation is equally impressive, with each instrument contributing to the overall sound in a meaningful way.

Standout tracks on the album include "Rabbit Hole," a hauntingly beautiful ballad that showcases the band's ability to create a mood and atmosphere, and "Ghost of You," a catchy and upbeat track that highlights the band's punk influences.

About Ohio Liberation Army

Ohio Liberation Army was a punk band from Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Started Thanksgiving, 1999, and playing shows since late summer, 2000. They were: Jeremy, Jamey, and Micah. They recorded and released two EPs, both on their own record label, Eleven Eleven records. What do these guys believe in? First and formest, they believe in God the father, and Jesus Christ his son, through whom salvation is made available to all men. They try as hard as they can to love God above all else, and to love their neighbors as themselves.
