Monkey Business, the Czech band known for their eclectic mix of funk, hip-hop, and rock, has released their latest album, Kiss Me On My Ego. The album showcases the band's signature high-energy sound, with catchy hooks, funky basslines, and playful lyrics.
The album opens with "I'm Gonna Make You Dance," a fun and upbeat track that sets the tone for the rest of the album. "Kiss Me On My Ego," the title track, is a standout with its infectious groove and clever lyrics about self-love and narcissism. "Keepin' the Funk Alive" is another highlight, with its funky horns and call-and-response vocals.
Monkey Business also experiments with different styles on the album, such as the reggae-inspired "Mama Don't Allow" and the soulful ballad "You Can't Stop the Fire." The album closes with "The Last Song," a reflective and introspective track that shows the band's range and depth.
