Review by Harry Bevan

Trylledrikken is a whimsical and enchanting album by the late German author Michael Ende, who is best known for his children's book The Neverending Story. The album, which was released posthumously in 1995, features a collection of songs inspired by Ende's books and poems.

The album's title track, Trylledrikken, is a playful and upbeat tune that captures the spirit of Ende's fantastical worlds. The song is filled with magical imagery and features a catchy chorus that will have listeners singing along.

Another standout track on the album is "Das Königslied," which translates to "The King's Song." The song is a beautiful and haunting ballad that tells the story of a king who longs for a simpler life. The melancholic melody and poignant lyrics make this one of the album's most memorable tracks.
