I saw Mandy in 1995 or 1996 in Providence. His cousin has been a journalist for the Providence Journal for decades and Mandy always stops at the performing arts center. It was just Mandy and an upright piano. That's it. I took my mémé because she loves his voice. Mandy was brilliant. One of my favorite concerts because it was so stripped down. Even though the place was full it was intimate. Totally brilliant
