- EMI USA also released this album in the same year with the same catalog number on the tray insert. There are obvious differences in the printing on the discs themselves and in the CD matrix, but if you can only see the covers then notice on the original Wild Pitch release the trails of stardust appear to be accumulating on the blue spheres in what look like land masses. The later EMI release shows only smooth blue spheres.
- The version of "Live At The Barbeque" on this reissue is the Refried Barbeque and originally appeared on the B-Side of the "Just Hangin Out" 12".
- Any information on the run out groove has been scratched out.

The album’s most recognizable track and one of the greatest singles to surface during hip-hop’s early ‘90s heyday, “Looking at the Front Door” finds an exasperated Large Professor lamenting a relationship doomed by a shady girl “who's shootin' up his world like Shaft,” as he daydreams about more gratifying romances beyond the front door. The arrangement is propelled by an infectious groove courtesy of Donald Byrd’s “Think Twice” (1975), which perhaps not coincidentally, would be sampled to equally glorious effect 2 months later on Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam’s dancefloor-friendly hit “Let the Beat Hit ‘Em.” “As soon as ‘Looking at the Front Door’ came out, Lisa Lisa and [Cult Jam] did they thing and they didn’t holla at all,” Large Professor recalled to HipHopDX in 2012. “They didn’t pay no homage or nothing and they just did it.” Imitation is apparently not the sincerest form of flattery in this case, then.
