Released in 1996, the album features the four members of Lost Boyz - Mr. Cheeks, Freaky Tah, Pretty Lou, and Spigg Nice - delivering their signature blend of smooth flows and catchy hooks over sample-heavy beats.
The album's standout tracks include the title track "Music Makes Me High," which features a soulful sample from the Isley Brothers' "For the Love of You," and the club banger "Jeeps, Lex Coups, Bimaz & Benz," which features a guest appearance from Canibus.
